Our regular hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm, and Saturday, 9am to 5pm. Tell us what the system is doing and which town you are in, and we will set up a visit. Do you offer emergency service? Common causes are a dirty air filter, a frozen evaporator coil, low refrigerant or an outdoor unit blocked by debris. Check your filter first. If you see ice on the lines or the air stays warm, turn the system off and call us so the compressor is not damaged. How often should my furnace and air conditioner be serviced? Most manufacturers recommend a tune-up once a year for each system, heating in the fall and cooling in the spring.
