How do I schedule service or request a quote?
Call us at 513-932-6912 or send a quote request through our contact form. Our regular hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm, and Saturday, 9am to 5pm. Tell us what the system is doing and which town you are in, and we will set up a visit.
Do you offer emergency service?
Yes. We are available for emergency service twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Call 513-932-6912 if your furnace or air conditioner stops working outside regular hours.
Is it better to repair or replace an old furnace or AC unit?
It depends on the age of the unit, the cost of the repair and how often it has needed work. Older gas furnaces can run at 65% efficiency or lower, while the minimum for a new gas furnace is 80%, so replacement can lower your energy bills. We will go over repair and replacement options with you so you can compare them.
Why is my AC running but not cooling the house?
Common causes are a dirty air filter, a frozen evaporator coil, low refrigerant or an outdoor unit blocked by debris. Check your filter first. If you see ice on the lines or the air stays warm, turn the system off and call us so the compressor is not damaged.
How often should my furnace and air conditioner be serviced?
Most manufacturers recommend a tune-up once a year for each system, heating in the fall and cooling in the spring. Regular checks catch small problems before they become breakdowns and help the equipment run efficiently. We offer service agreements so your system is checked on a regular schedule.
