Ductless Mini-Splits
We install Mitsubishi ductless mini-splits and single room air conditioners where running new ductwork isn't practical.
Not every room is served well by ductwork. Additions, finished attics, sunrooms and older houses without ducts often end up too hot in summer and too cold in winter. A ductless mini-split puts a small wall-mounted unit in the room and connects it to an outdoor unit by a narrow line, so no ducts are needed. We install Mitsubishi ductless systems, including ductless mini-split heat pumps that heat and cool, wall mount air conditioners, and single room air conditioners. One indoor unit can handle a problem room, and several indoor units can be connected to one outdoor unit to cover more of the house. We look at the room, how it is used and what you want to spend before recommending a size and layout. Do ductless mini-splits heat as well as cool?
Mini-split heat pumps do both. Air conditioner models cool only, so we match the unit to what the room needs.

Can one mini-split serve my whole house?
A single indoor unit serves one room or open area. Covering more rooms takes more indoor units, and we can size the layout once we see the house.
