Tune-Ups & Maintenance Plans
Regular checks keep your heating and cooling equipment efficient and help avoid emergency calls.
Most heating and cooling breakdowns start as small problems nobody sees. A routine HVAC tune-up is how we find them: worn parts, dirty components and settings that have drifted, before the first hot or cold day makes them urgent. We offer tune-ups for furnaces, air conditioners and heat pumps, plus service agreements for regular checks on your equipment. We also write heating maintenance contracts and air conditioner maintenance contracts. A system that is checked regularly runs more efficiently, which helps keep utility bills down, and it is less likely to fail in the middle of a heat wave or a cold snap. Service agreements are our main way of reducing emergency calls. We service all brands, not only the ones we sell. Call us and we will explain what an agreement includes for your equipment and set up the visit.

Common questions
What is a service agreement?
It is a plan for regular checks of your heating and cooling equipment, meant to catch problems early and keep the system running efficiently. Call us and we will explain what it covers for your equipment.
When is the best time for a tune-up?
Schedule cooling checks before summer heat arrives and heating checks before the first cold weather. That way any repair happens before you depend on the system.
Is there a discount for first-time customers?
We take 5% off service for seniors, military, veterans and first responders who are first-time service customers. It does not apply to installations.
